INVEST – Innovation for Non-traditional Vocational Education and Skills Training project (INVEST) Project for women in Ghana

Campaign Objectives:

The INVEST project seeks to test and scale innovative, sustainable models to enhance economic empowerment, well-being, and inclusive economic growth for women in Ghana. It will also invest in women, institutions, and labor market systems of high-growth sectors to achieve transformative change that is sustainable and scalable. This will be achieved through a mix of communication channels and tools as well as adopting an M&E framework that ensures the achievement of project goals.

Strategic Solution:
We are working with the World Universities Service of Canada (WUSC) and its partners to develop a gender-sensitive multi-media package complete with a communications plan, assets, and strategy for INVEST as directed by the project team, with clear and actionable pathways for its implementation, and with direct relevance for both the audience segments and geographical context. In addition to that, we are facilitating media and communications outreach for the INVEST project team and partners to improve the visibility of the impact of project activities within the sector.

Through our provision of guidance on event coordination and communications management for the INVEST project team, it’s expected that some 5000 women will be trained in TVET in the next five years.
